Good morning, PMA teachers!
Thanks for your feedback and your reading of emails each week. I truly am hopeful that all of the information, words (yes, they can be long), and messages are helpful and useful day in and day out. This week’s email does not contain too much content, but just a couple of courtesy reminders. Yay for less reading!
First off, this Friday, 9/8/23 is our Teacher Hang/Pizza Party at the NEW location! An email with a Google Invite link was sent out last week, so if you have not already done so, please RSVP by the end of TODAY (9/6) or check in with the front desk to request the link/mark your attendance! Families/spouses are welcome to come. This is a great opportunity to check out the new space, enjoy some free food, and hang with fellow teachers to kick off your weekend. The event is listed as 6:30-9pm, but will possibly extend later to give those who are teaching late a chance to make it down. We look forward to seeing you there!
The second reminder pertains to payroll; we have had a couple of discrepancies and/or questions regarding pay. You are able to create a user profile through ADP, the company that provides our pay/direct deposits. This link should have been included in an email at the time of your hiring. If you do not have this email or if the link does not work, please email [email protected] and request a new one. You will be able to view your pay dashboard, profile info, and a breakdown of each pay period. Opus also has a payroll tab that you can use, but it does not always include canceled/no call no show lessons in the calculated pay.
Aside from these two items, the only updates/advice from me is simply to keep doing amazing things! Once more information is available, I’ll send out an email with recital details. Our service numbers are improving, the vibes are strong, and the future is bright. Thanks for all you do!
